Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary COO to lead Reliance Medical Transport. Key Responsibilities - Business Development (60%): Actively network to seek and secure new business opportunities. Enhance our capacity to win and sustain new contracts, ensuring the company's growth and expansion.
- Operations Management (35%): Oversee day-to-day operations, aiming for the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Implement strategies for continuous operational improvement.
- Additional Duties (5%): Undertake other responsibilities as directed, contributing to the company's overall success.

Required Qualifications - Proficient in medical terminology.
- Minimum of 5 years in management experience.
- Proven track record networking skills.

Preferred Qualifications - MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Background in emergency medical services (e.g., EMT, Paramedic).
- Experience with medical billing, budget management, fleet management, HR, and government contracts.

Salary Range $135,000 – $150,000
